Alongside empathy and compassion, I will provide you with tools and techniques so you can work towards the life you desire.  I want to help you feel empowered to make the changes necessary to live your best life.

On a Personal Note:

When I am not working, I love to be outside. Anything that involves the beach, I am in! I spend a lot of my time at the gym, exploring new areas, eating out, trying to win trivia, and seeing live bands.
