“I help those individuals who may feel stuck and want help to identify and break unwanted patterns.”
Are you looking to break free from the exhaustion of the daily grind? Are you ready to move past your shame and explore what you’re truly capable of? Maybe your anxiety keeps you awake at night with a pit in your stomach or depression keeps you from getting out of bed some days. Maybe you’re struggling with addiction, how to navigate toxic relationships, or finding reasons to love yourself again. Whatever you’re facing, it doesn’t have to determine your worth or get in the way of your aspirations.
I know it’s challenging to get past that “stuck” feeling. Whether you’ve been struggling for a long time or have newly discovered these feelings of anxiety, depression, and/or self-doubt, I want to support you in finding solutions to overcome these emotional challenges. Alongside empathy and compassion, I will provide you with tools and techniques so you can work towards the life you desire. I want to help you feel empowered to make the changes necessary to live your best life.
I genuinely believe that we can collaborate to discover your purpose, confidence, and value. Your experiences are valid, and I can help you understand the “why” behind your thoughts and behaviors. You are capable of shifting your mindset and adopting behaviors that help you grow into your true identity. You can heal from the past and create a future that supports your vision for your life. It’s not always an easy road, but the growth you will experience is worth the discomfort along the way.

On a Personal Note:
When I am not working, I love to be outside. Anything that involves the beach, I am in! I spend a lot of my time at the gym, exploring new areas, eating out, trying to win trivia, and seeing live bands.
