As a Certified Grief Informed Professional, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the deep and often overwhelming emotions that come with loss. Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one, coping with the end of a relationship, or adjusting to the loss of a job or identity, I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore your pain, process your experience, and begin to heal. Grief looks different for everyone, and therapy can be a powerful way to honor what you’ve lost while rediscovering what’s still possible.

In addition to grief work, I help teens and adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and major life transitions. My approach blends empathy and encouragement with practical strategies, empowering you to build coping skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and create lasting change. Together, we’ll refocus your energy so you can reconnect with yourself and embrace more moments of peace, joy, and fulfillment.

With couples, I work to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and rebuild trust. I value and respect cultural differences, understanding how they shape the way people connect and relate.
