I practice a variety of acceptance and mindfulness practices that are evidence based treatment modalities tailored to meet your individual needs. These types of modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Therapy for Teens, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Therapy for Parenting Skills.
My areas of specialization include the treatment of anxiety, depression, bi-polar, low self-esteem, parenting skills, trauma and OCD. My ideal client is an individual ranging from high school through adulthood, struggling with trauma/attachment disorders, low self-esteem, conflicting emotions, life decisions, and relationship issues (parent-child/adult-child, friendships, etc.). I enjoy working with men and women alike.
