“I help people who are struggling to find happiness and peace in daily life due to past traumas and experiences.”
Do you feel alone with your problems, or stuck in patterns of behavior that are self-defeating? Or perhaps you would like to feel more comfortable in intimate relationships. Trauma, anxiety, or depression may be getting in the way of your happiness and growth. It is a courageous and sometimes scary thing to begin therapy, and I strive to make this experience as welcoming as possible.“I am a LCSW-A with experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults in Wilmington, NC. I enjoy helping people learn their true authentic self and empower them to be comfortable in who they are. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and challenges in interpersonal relationships. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique story and needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients process and heal from trauma in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to make sense of your patterns, improve your relationships, or get some relief from overwhelming thoughts and feelings, I’m here to support you in finding more clarity, connection, and balance in your life.
I strive to provide clients with the best possible therapeutic care through understanding each person in the context of their own unique culture, values and life experiences. I use multiple integrative healing techniques based on the client’s individual needs.
