“I help teens and young adults who suffer from the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma.”
Sometimes it feels like we’ll never escape the darkness or get out of the rut that we’re stuck in. How are you supposed to become the best version of yourself if you are having a difficult time just making it through the day? I know how challenging it can be to change your thoughts and behaviors, especially when your mind is racing with anxious thoughts or depression is looming over your head.
If you are seeking change in your life, or looking to explore your emotions and thoughts, I am a solution-based clinician and I would love to talk to you. If you want to learn and begin to express your true self with others, I am here for you, and ready to help.
Together, we can begin to tackle the underlying issues that may be preventing you from sharing your true self with those around you. It all begins with a conversation, and I am eager to start that conversation with you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), with experience working with teens, adults, and families. My approach is solution-focused and direct. I strive to make every client feel heard and understood, while guiding them towards reaching their goals.
