“I help individuals seeking to make sense of their life; from pain and trauma towards a greater sense of purpose and meaning

Feeling a lack of motivation? Has life thrown some curveballs at you and you are not sure how to deal with the situation you are in? Even though it may feel that way, you are not alone. Therapy untangles difficult emotions, crises of meaning, and helps to inspire the insight and understanding that can lead to a healthier sense of self, improved relationships, and a more clear life direction . My style is to work with you collaboratively to identify your goals and empower you to achieve them.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, certified in EMDR, with experience working with individuals struggling to navigate various life transitions and experiences, along with the confusing feelings they may create. My ideal client is someone who is committed to improving their quality of life through the resolution of trauma, self-exploration, and overcoming difficult feelings along the way. Do you feel unheard or not supported by those in your life? Do you struggle identifying or talking about how you feel? Do you often ask yourself, “what’s the meaning of the pain I’m going through?”

Changing yourself for the better can be a challenging process, but it doesn’t have to feel insurmountable. With a safe, collaborative, non-judgmental, and warm environment, I can help you along the way as you clarify and embark on your journey of change. We all deserve to have more satisfying and effective relationships, create a greater sense of stability and empowerment, and to identify and live with a greater sense of meaning and connection in your life. I look forward to serving as a resource along your journey.
