Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Work and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. Starting from your strengths, Stephanie partners with you to flourish and discover new ways to thrive. Your innate strengths and abilities are used to overcome patterns and challenges that have been holding you back from achieving your potential. She is happy to see adults and adolescents for individual, couples, and family therapy.
Sarah Poulos, MSW, LCSW
Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Texas. Sarah understands the realities of anxiety and how easily it can overwhelm you. She can help. It can be hard to take that first step to reach out – or even admit to yourself that anxiety is really what’s impacting your life, but she knows that therapy can really change your daily life for the better.

Emma Cook, MSW, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with experience working with teens, adults, and families. I have worked in many different settings including but not limited to: wilderness, intensive-outpatient, and outpatient therapy. I love working with the LGBTQIA+ population. I have most recently worked as a mental health consultant to a school in Nigeria. My approach is solution-focused and direct. I strive to make every client feel heard and understood, while guiding them towards reaching their goals.

Megan Havel, MS, NCC, LCMHC
Megan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She works with individuals and couples. Megan is especially passionate about exploring family conflict and parenting struggles, and she uses a strengths-based approach to guide individuals and couples to achieve their therapy goals. Briana Carr, MSW, LCSW

Kerrie Byer MSW, LCSW
Kerrie is a licensed clinical social worker experienced in working with individuals and families seeking support for a variety of reasons, including addiction, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting problems and issues related to trauma and abuse. She has also worked extensively with families who have been impacted by a loved one’s addiction or psychiatric crises.
Scott Ball, MA, LCMHC
Scott is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with experience working with families and teens. He is focused on helping you make positive, productive, long-lasting changes. Scott wants to help you achieve personal growth by overcoming the barriers that you currently face. He understands that life can be overwhelming, and he is here to walk you through the process of change. He wants you to feel connected and like you matter.
Alli Hake, MSW, LCSWA, CSAC
Alli is a provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Alli’s knowledge and background consists of working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, substance use/addiction, and trauma. Alli’s humanistic approach emphasizes the client’s lived experience as the guide in treatment. Alli is also a vinyasa yoga teacher that incorporates a holistic approach to mental wellness.
Kayla Reilly, CEO
Kayla is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and couples. She is knowledgeable about helping couples break out of cycles of anger and fighting. She also supports anxious and depressed adults as they work toward achieving real change. Kayla believes that therapy should be collaborative and help people achieve their goals, so she’ll take a solution-focused approach that is personalized to your unique needs and situation.
Ali is Evolution’s Practice Manager. She oversees the day-to-day operations of our offices and manages our team. She ensures that everything in the practice is running smoothly so that we can provide the best client experience possible. Ali has always been passionate about healthy lifestyles. She promotes wellness in the community and has extensive experience working with sustainable food systems in the Wilmington area and beyond. When she’s not working or mastering her yoga skills, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three rescue animals (two dogs and a cat).
Kelsey is Evolution’s Billing Specialist. She ensures that insurance claims go through for our clients and that the financial health of our practice enables us to help more people. She is a recent graduate from UNCW and is currently in graduate school pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She loves reading, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and spending time with her pet rabbits and husband (not necessarily in that order). She finds joy in being able to help facilitate the healing process for clients.
Sydnee is Evolution’s Care Coordinator. She takes care of our clients by answering the phones, helping answering questions, and getting new clients started. She warmly walks people through the intake process so they can start their healing journey. She enjoys connecting with the community, breaking the stigma of seeking mental health treatment, building relationships with others. Sydnee is a recent graduate from UNCW’s Public Health Studies program. She is very passionate about health promotion and making a difference in her community through outreach. She loves coffee, the outdoors, and curling up with a good book or listening to a podcast.
