Megan Havel, MS, NCC, LCMHC

“I help individuals and couples who are struggling with feeling disillusioned or disconnected find a path toward greater understanding and happiness.”

Have you been looking for support to make life changes? Feeling your world has been tough to navigate on your own? Struggling with relationship issues? Need support with parenting decisions? I am a strengths-based clinician helping people going through life changes, low-self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, codependency, and family conflict. Many people experience these issues and you are not alone! I am here to stand beside you on your journey towards healing, self-discovery, and life fulfillment.

How we perceive things is what creates our reality. Talk therapy will allow you the unique opportunity to explore your perceptions of daily life. Therapy is a collaborative journey where I will leverage your strengths, skills, and talents to help you reach your goals.

In treatment, together, we will improve your positive thinking, develop deeper emotional awareness, and process any past trauma you have gone through. We will work together so you can develop healthy strategies for living your life to its fullest potential.

Megan is a LCMHC with experience working with adult individuals and couples in the greater Wilmington, NC area. When she’s not working, you can find her laughing and conversing with friends/family or going on scavenger hunt adventures.
