“I help individuals who feel stuck or lost and are looking for acceptance, clarity, and tools to deal with life’s challenges.”

Are you looking to break free from the exhaustion of the daily grind? Are you ready to make progress towards your goals? Maybe your anxiety keeps you awake at night with a pit in your stomach or depression keeps you from getting out of bed some days. Whatever you’re facing, it doesn’t have to determine your worth or get in the way of your aspirations.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in individual and group settings who have experienced a mental health crisis and are dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety. My counseling approach is an individualized person-centered view where my clients can explore their own personal growth and development in a safe environment. As a therapist, I am a witness to their growth. I want to make sure every client feels understood, safe, and supported while working together to reach their goals.

I love helping clients through difficult life transitions whether it’s working with women who are overcoming trauma or someone who feels stuck and is simply looking to seek a greater understanding of themselves. I genuinely believe that we can collaborate to discover your purpose, confidence, and value. Your experiences are valid, and I can help you understand the “why” behind your thoughts and behaviors. You are capable of shifting your mindset and adopting behaviors that help you grow into your true identity. You can heal from the past and create a future that supports your vision for your life. It’s not always an easy road, but the growth you are capable of makes it worthwhile. I know that going to therapy takes courage and I would be honored to walk with you on your unique journey.
