I love watching my clients make lasting changes so that they can create opportunities for happiness.

Thomas McConnell, MSW, LCSW

I help teens, adults, and families overcome anxiety, depression, family challenges, and trauma so they can fulfill their ideal life.

Are you ready to take the next step in fostering the life you truly want? Are you tired of being weighed down by your anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma? I’m here to support you in finding the balance you’re looking for. I want to see you achieve the things you set out to do so that you can feel confident and whole again.

I know how scary taking the first step towards healing can be. It’s not easy to admit that you need support or that you aren’t feeling like yourself. I can guide you through this process and help you understand that there is strength in prioritizing your mental health.

My goal is to help you cultivate solutions that drive your personal growth forward. I hope to walk alongside you as you make the necessary changes to take back control of your life. Self-improvement is a challenging process, but we’ll collaborate to get you on the right path to overcoming the anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma that have been preventing you from being the truest version of yourself.

On a Personal Note:

When I am not working, you can find me enjoying some quality time with my dog! I also love movies, video games, and music. I play guitar (or at least I used to) and love hearing recommendations for any kind of movie, TV show, game, band, event, or anything else that someone else has enjoyed!
