Allison Brilhante

Stella Lane, MSW, LCSWA

I help individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem, or major life transitions, I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, gain insight, and develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling through a difficult life transition, grieving a loss, or feeling disconnected in your relationship, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, self-esteem concerns, and major life changes. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences, building insight, and developing practical tools to help you cope more effectively.

For couples, I help partners strengthen communication, work through conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen their connection. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply want to improve your relationship, therapy can help you create healthier patterns and a stronger foundation together.

I believe meaningful change often happens through small, consistent steps. Whether you’re learning to set boundaries, manage stress, navigate a loss, or improve your relationships, I am committed to helping you build resilience and create lasting growth.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who enjoys helping teens, adults, and couples navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. What I Love About My Job:

I enjoy helping people navigate change and recognize their own resilience. I find meaning in supporting individuals as they process challenges, reconnect with the strength they’ve shown in the past, and develop new tools to move forward with confidence.

    On a Personal Note:

When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors, especially walking the Wrightsville Beach Loop, going for runs, and spending time at the beach. You’ll usually find me hanging out with my golden doodle, Pepper! I spend a good chunk of time with family and friends. I love being active, enjoying the sunshine, and adventuring to new places in Wilmington. I’ve only been here a year so recommendations on fun places are helpful!
