Ryan Winter, MSW, LCSWA
“I help individuals struggling with mental health. Each individual is unique with their own set of strengths, and I enjoy giving personalized care to patients.”
I’m a LCSWA with experience working with both adults and adolescents in individual and group therapy settings, including substance use treatment and inpatient psychiatric care. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping people understand themselves more deeply. I’ve supported clients navigating a wide range of diagnoses and life challenges, and I believe therapy is most effective when it honors the whole person—not just their symptoms.
I take a person-centered approach and often draw from systems theory to look at the bigger picture of what influences someone’s mental health. I love helping clients recognize their strengths, understand their patterns, and make meaningful steps toward feeling better. I know progress isn’t always linear—setbacks happen—but even small, steady steps forward can create real change.
I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re someone who feels excited about therapy or someone who’s feeling unsure or skeptical, I will meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your therapy journey.
