Neha Rauf, MSW, LCSWA
“I help clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their direction reconnect with themselves and move forward with intention.”
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
I work collaboratively with teens, young adults, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their direction — whether that looks like anxiety, depression, acute stress reactions, trauma and secondary trauma, occupational burnout, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, or difficulties with identity development and stress management. Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable and even scary, and my goal is to make that process feel safe, supportive, and empowering.
I enjoy helping clients build confidence, gain insight, develop new tools, and move toward the life they want to create. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting — you just need the willingness to explore what’s been holding you back and the courage to take the next step.

What I Enjoy Most About My Job:
I love being a supportive partner in someone’s growth — witnessing those moments when insight emerges, confidence strengthens, and shifts that once felt out of reach become possible.
On a Personal Note:
I hold a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. Originally from New Jersey, I recently relocated to Wilmington and am excited to put down roots in this community. Outside of work, you’ll find me at the beach, exploring a trail with my rescue dog, catching live music, sipping wine at a winery, or planning a spontaneous road trip.
