Kinsey Land, MSW, LCSWA, LCASA
“I help individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders develop insight, stability, and resilience to help find balance and rediscover their sense of purpose and belonging.”
I’m an LCSW-A and LCAS-A who is passionate about helping individuals move toward insight, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose. I work with adults navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and personality-related challenges. What I love most about this work is helping people take the next step toward who they want to become — one goal, one choice, one moment of courage at a time.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from a wide variety of therapeutic modalities — including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and trauma-focused work — so that every session is tailored to your unique needs. I believe that everyone has the power to rewrite their own story. Sometimes all you need is the right support, the right tools, and someone in your corner reminding you of your strength.
I especially enjoy working with individuals who are navigating both mental health and substance use concerns. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build skills, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward creating a life that feels grounded, sustainable, and meaningful. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your goals, this is a space where you can breathe, reflect, and begin again.
Whether you’re feeling ready for change or simply curious about what healing could look like, I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

What I Love About My Job:
Helping people achieve their goals and guiding them to the next step by supporting them in the right direction.
On a Personal Note:
Outside of the therapy room, I love working out, spending time at the beach, hanging out with friends, and getting lost in a good book. Those moments help me recharge and remind me how important balance and connection are in the healing process.
