Haley Jones, MSW, LCSWA
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, seen, and understood. I believe deeply in the power of connection and find fulfillment in being a steady, compassionate presence for individuals navigating difficult life experiences. Knowing that I may be the one person who truly listens and supports someone during a challenging time is incredibly meaningful to me.
I have experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns and age groups, beginning at age 12, and previously served as a lead social worker in a behavioral health hospital. This background has shaped my trauma-informed and grounded approach, allowing me to remain calm and supportive during moments of crisis while helping clients build skills for long-term healing and growth.
I primarily work with adults and young adults (ages 18–21), including individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, substance use concerns, and major life stressors. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, family systems therapy, and solution-focused interventions. Together, we work to strengthen self-advocacy, build coping tools, and move toward meaningful change.
My ideal client is someone who has experienced trauma and feels ready — even if unsure — to begin healing and growth. I believe that while not everything we face can be changed, growth becomes possible when we feel supported enough to face what we’ve been carrying.

I find fulfillment in creating a safe, supportive environment by helping others feel heard, seen, and understood. Knowing that I may be the one person who listens and helps this person, is a wonderful feeling. Having a person trust you with their burdens and issues, in hopes that you can assist them, is beautiful.
