Haiden Hull, MSW, LCSWA
I’m an LCSWA who works with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, burnout, and challenges with confidence and self-worth. I also enjoy supporting LGBTQ+ clients and individuals navigating maternal mental health concerns. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can feel safe, comfortable, and truly heard.
My approach is strengths-based, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and grief support to help you better understand yourself, develop practical skills, and feel more confident navigating life.
I don’t believe therapy is meant to “fix” the problems you’re facing. Instead, I think of therapy like the railing on a bowling alley lane: it’s there to guide you, provide support when you need it, and help you keep moving forward. My hope is that through therapy, you’ll recognize the strengths and abilities you already have within you. Sometimes, you just need someone beside you to remind you that you’re capable of doing it.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, healing from a painful experience, or simply feeling overwhelmed or unsure of yourself, I’ll meet you where you are and work alongside you as you move toward where you want to be.

On a Personal Note:
I’m a Florida native who recently moved to Wilmington and am excited to call it home. Many of my favorite hobbies involve being in the water, whether I’m snorkeling, paddleboarding, or free-diving. I’m just as happy spending a cozy day curled up with a good book or reading at a local coffee shop.
