CHLOE ENNIS, MSW, LCSW
“Progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.”
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard without judgment, especially during seasons when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating a supportive environment where we can work together to better understand your experiences and help you move toward the life you want.
I work with adolescents, adults, college students, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, stress, burnout, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and neurodivergent-related concerns, including autism spectrum disorder. I also have experience supporting individuals experiencing housing instability and survivors of trafficking.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy to help clients increase psychological flexibility, manage intrusive thoughts, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
I understand that asking for help can feel intimidating. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe enough to be yourself while discovering new ways to move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.

What I Enjoy Most About My Job:
What I enjoy most about being a therapist is being there for people when they feel alone, overwhelmed, or unseen. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching clients grow in confidence, discover new strengths, and recognize that meaningful change often happens through small, consistent steps. I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they build lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
On a Personal Note:
Outside of the office, I’m a huge animal lover and proud cat mom to my two fur babies, Olley and Lacey, who definitely keep life entertaining. I love spending time outdoors whenever I can, especially at the beach, by the pool, or walking while listening to audiobooks and podcasts. I’m always excited to try a new restaurant, cook something different, catch a comedy show, or settle in with a great Netflix series. Every once in a while I convince myself to start a new craft project—sometimes they turn out exactly as planned, and sometimes they become a funny story instead!
