“I help people who are struggling feel less alone, find greater inner peace, and build a better relationship with themselves.”

I’m an LCSW who works with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, trauma and PTSD, grief, substance use, and other complex mental health challenges. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing and feel genuinely heard and understood.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and grief support to help you better understand yourself, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes in your life.

I believe therapy can help you build a better relationship with yourself and create more room for peace and joy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy—you just need a willingness to show up for yourself. I’ll meet you where you are and work alongside you as you explore what’s keeping you stuck and what may help you move forward.

Before joining Evolution Wellness, I worked with adults within the Illinois Department of Corrections. This experience gave me the opportunity to work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns and life experiences and reinforced the importance of approaching each person with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.

On a Personal Note:

I’m excited to call Wilmington home and look forward to spending plenty of time exploring the outdoors with my dog. I also love reading a good book, singing in a choir, and enjoying a slow morning with a good cup of coffee. One of my favorite fun facts: did you know you can’t ruminate while humming?
