Becky Baack, MSW, LCSWA

“I help people navigate change, rediscover their resilience, and develop tools for growth—believing each person already holds the capacity for healing and transformation.”

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who works with preteens, teens, adults, seniors, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I believe that every person has the capacity for healing and growth, even during life’s most difficult seasons.

Whether you’re struggling with social anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, performance anxiety, or adjusting to significant life changes, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll build on your existing strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change that aligns with your goals and values.

I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Brainspotting, to help clients process challenges, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater confidence. I also enjoy working with couples who want to improve communication, navigate conflict, and build stronger connections.

I believe resilience already exists within each of us. Sometimes we simply need support in recognizing it, trusting it, and using it to create the life we want to live.

On a Personal Note:

Each year, I take on as many new experiences as my age—collecting moments, stories, and a little creative magic along the way.
