Meghan McAleer, MSW, LCSWA
“I support individuals and families who have been through hard things — whether that’s service-related stress, trauma, loss, or simply feeling disconnected. Together, we create space for healing, better communication, and a stronger sense of support at home.”
I’m a LCSWA passionate about helping people reconnect with their authentic selves. Behind the layers we all carry — the roles we play, the armor we wear, and the weight of past experiences — there is a core of strength, resilience, and hope. My work centers on helping you uncover that part of yourself and turn it into tools that support healing, growth, and meaningful change.
I work with individuals and families who have been through hard things, including trauma, loss, and the unique stressors that come with military or law enforcement life. So many of my clients are incredibly strong, yet feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. Together, we create a safe and grounding space where you can breathe, process what you’ve been carrying, and strengthen your support system at home.
In our sessions, we’ll focus on reconnecting with your authentic self, nurturing your needs, and building skills that help you navigate life with more clarity, confidence, and compassion. I believe those strengths become your superpowers — the things that help you heal and thrive long after therapy ends.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. Just showing up is a sign of strength and a powerful act of choosing yourself, one step at a time.

What I Love About My Job:
I help others because I love witnessing people reconnect with their authentic selves. Behind the layers we carry, there’s a core of strength, resilience, and hope — and I’m honored to help bring that to the surface and turn it into tools for healing and growth.
On a Personal Note:
Outside of the therapy room, you can often find me by the beach or in the mountains, enjoying a good cup of coffee, catching live music, practicing yoga, or spending time with the people I love. Those simple joys remind me that healing also lives in the little moments — laughter, movement, connection, and the spaces where we feel most grounded.
