Victoria McKnight, MSW, LCSWA
If you are struggling with frequently feeling unheard, frustrated, resentful, exhausted, overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious or angry, you have likely been struggling for some time. Making the decision to start therapy can be daunting and anxiety producing, my goal is to ease those feelings and be a comforting support. It may feel a bit uncomfortable reaching out, but that’s ok. Change is always uncomfortable.
I am excited to work with young adults and adults experiencing issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict and adjustment disorder. Therapy isn’t easy, but it is one of the best tools for self discovery that we have found so far. If you are hoping to gain a better understanding of yourself, work on self acceptance, or heal from past wounds that are holding you back, I would love to help!
I am a LCSWA with experience working with depression, anxiety and trauma. My goal is to provide a warm and nurturing environment for those who are in pain or simply want to grow in some area of your life. Perhaps you are wrestling with some issue related to your sense of identity, anxiety or depression. Whether these issues are related to events in your past or current relationships, I will help you explore and understand them so that you can open the door to greater growth and healing.
