“I help people create, maintain, and evaluate boundaries to build a solid foundation for self-advocacy.”
You are ready to create, maintain, and evaluate boundaries to build a solid foundation for happy relationships. You are someone who is ready to make a lasting change in your life. You’re done falling into the same pitfalls. I’m a solution-focused and trauma informed therapist who aims to help you start feeling better as soon as possible. Once you have found relief from some of your symptoms of anxiety/depression, we can begin working on finding the root causes of the thinking and behaving patterns that hold you back.
I can help you process your pain and move forward with your life utilizing EMDR. Confronting trauma and vocalizing difficult feelings isn’t easy. I work with my clients on learning strategies for managing your trauma symptoms, processing your pain, and improving your sense of self-esteem and safety.
WHAT IS EMDR? Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a form of psychotherapy that helps people heal from PTSD and other trauma-related disorders. EDMR is an eight-phase treatment that utilizes the power of rapid eye movement to significantly accelerate your emotional processing of the past. Are you ready to get started? So am I! Let’s do this!
