Maybe your anxiety, depression or past traumas make you feel like you are drowning? I know that anxiety, depression and trauma can make you feel like you are not in control of your own life. I am here to guide you through these challenges so that you can become the best version of yourself. I want to help you feel empowered to make the changes necessary to get there. I can help you in identifying the “why” or the root of your thoughts and behaviors. 

Together we can process your pain and move forward with your life trauma. You do have the strength to overcome what is holding you back. You posses within you the ability to change the things that are preventing you from healing and grow into the person you want to become. Your past and your pain do not have to define you. I can provide you with skills and tolls that will help you more forward in a positive direction. Growth can be uncomfortable, but taking back control of your identify and fighting against your anxiety, depression and trauma can be with the journey.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with experience working with mental health in both individual and group settings, I am passionate about helping people navigate life’ changes and healing in the pursuit of wholeness.

I specialize in helping people find liberation from past traumas, emphasizing the importance of self-care practices and recognizing how boundary setting is an essential piece of mental health.
