I help anxious, codependent women find balance and peace.
Reaching out for help when you are feeling overwhelmed, troubled, or just plain stuck in your life takes courage, and I believe that making the decision to seek help during those times indicates true strength of character. Feeling anxious or depressed can prevent us from doing the things we know we need to do to feel better and the current state of the world can make it even more difficult. Following a Bachelors in Psychology from North Carolina State University and a Masters in Counseling from Webster University, I have nine years of experience working with families and individuals to overcome a variety of different challenges.
