“I help people who are searching for a deeper understanding of themselves, and support them in creating the best version of who they are meant to be.”
Sometimes it feels like we’ll never escape the darkness or get out of the rut that we’re stuck in. How are you supposed to become the best version of yourself if you are having a difficult time just making it through the day? I know how challenging it can be to change your thoughts and behaviors, especially when your mind is racing with anxious thoughts or past trauma is making it difficult to move forward.
While it may seem easier to continue on the path of least resistance, taking the steps necessary to grow into your power is so rewarding. I am ready to partner with you to discover who you truly are and what you’re capable of accomplishing. Your strengths already reside in you, and I can help you harness them so that you can overcome your pain. Your goals are important to me, and we’ll work together so that you can move forward from your anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or addiction to focus on achieving them.
I am ready to walk alongside you as you discover the light you possess within. With guidance, you can learn to use your inner-strengths and abilities to foster positive changes. I can help you understand what putting your needs and goals first can truly do to transform your life. I look forward to helping you see that self-love, confidence, and happiness are possible.
I am especially passionable about helping my clients recover from their past trauma and PTSD using Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy strategies. You are capable of healing from your trauma, and we can collaborate to implement EMDR in your therapy to resolve the challenges that are holding you back.

What I love about my job:
Helping people find the strength they hold within to grow into the person they want to be.
I find the process of growth to be so educational and inspiring! Finding a piece of oneself that has been lost or forgotten or having that crystallizing moment; there is nothing more beautiful to witness.
On a Personal Note:
I love to practice yoga, go kayaking, go hiking, watch the sunrise, have lazy days at the beach, sit around a fire at night, and connect with nature. When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy practicing and teaching different styles of yoga as well as spending much of my free time at the ocean. I also love spending time with my partner and pets at home.
