I help people who are lost forge their own path to peace.
Are you ready to escape the rut that you’ve found yourself in? Do you feel motivated to put in the work to help to build sustainable change towards the future you’ve dreamed of for yourself? I know I am ready to help. Together we can work on the steps it takes to create this change and carve the road to take you there. I am here to support you through whatever is preventing you from becoming the person you want to be. Whether your anxiety or depression have become too overwhelming, your past trauma continues to haunt you, or your relationships have taken a toll on your happiness, I am ready to guide you towards healing.
As men, we may feel hesitant to seek out emotional support for various reasons including societal conditioning in the normative ways to express our emotions. Men engaging in therapy is an effective way in which to achieve further understanding of themselves and relationships through the development of emotional maturity. Establishing trust, comfort, and dedication within the therapeutic setting aids in the reduction of stigma and development of rational beliefs regarding oneself and one’s worldview. I enjoy being a guide in the process of supporting men in overcoming their emotional barriers to achieve happier and healthier lives.
I strive to help couples, individuals, and families shift their thinking patterns away from pain and negativity and towards acceptance and light. Healing is not always an easy or linear journey, but the progress we’ll make to overcome what’s holding you back is worth the challenge. I help my clients stay motivated and engaged in the therapeutic process by making sure they feel supported with tools and techniques to cope with their anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

I think Jeremy is awesome and I have seen plenty of therapists. Quite frankly I’m pretty particular when it comes to the therapists I choose for myself and my family. I have seen Jeremy twice now, and I really think he’s great. He is knowledgeable, professional, non-judgmental (huge), caring, hopeful, relatable, and has an appropriate sense of humor. I very much look forward to my family’s future sessions with Jeremy. (My husband and daughter both think Jeremy is great too- we’re a pretty discerning bunch!!!)

Quote:
Being confused about who you want to be is only part of the journey of figuring out who you really are.
On a Personal Note:
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, being a music nerd, traveling to new places, being outdoors, being punk rock, playing guitar, reading biographies about people who seem more interesting than me, watching the Pittsburgh Penguins score mad goals, and cooking.
