You are ready to create, maintain, and evaluate boundaries to build a solid foundation for happy relationships. You are someone who is ready to make a lasting change in your life. You’re done falling into the same pitfalls. I’m a solution-focused therapist who aims to help you start feeling better as soon as possible. Once you have found relief from some of your symptoms of anxiety/depression, we can begin working on finding the root causes of the thinking and behaving patterns that hold you back.

I can help you process your pain and move forward with your life and vocalizing difficult feelings isn’t easy. I work with my clients on learning strategies for managing your stress and anxiety symptoms, processing your pain, and improving your sense of self-esteem and safety.

On a Personal Note:

I love music, dancing, gardening, baking, cooking, watching birds and being with my family; my favorite things are my son’s beautiful smile, hearing people laugh and finding an amazing shell on the beach.
