“I help women & men develop self-compassion and create meaningful relationships.”
During these times, it can be challenging to adjust to the changes that are continually happening around us. The intensity of life circumstances can make a major impact and having the appropriate coping skills and supportive therapist makes all the difference.
I have an upbeat and compassionate therapy style. I let the client steer the boat, while I actively assume the supportive passenger role. I will build trust with you through encouragement, motivation, and support.
With couples & families, I work within the family system to overcome conflict, reestablish trust, and communicate needs effectively. I appreciate and account for cultural differences and how those impact family relationships and client functioning.
Types of therapy I offer:
What I love about my job:
My greatest joy is helping people discover the power they possess within – unveiling the purest form of internal strength to overcome the obstacles and challenges they face every day.
The Latin aphorism, “Carpe Diem,” which translates to, “Seize the Day,” is a motto that I admire. It’s a constant reminder to enjoy the greatest gift of life, by Living life to the fullest and enjoying those special moments.
On a Personal Note:
I LOVE music. I’ve played the piano since I was a child, and I’m always striving to perfect my craft. I enjoy honing and developing my musical skills/abilities, by new learning techniques and further evolving my talents.
