I have an upbeat and compassionate therapy style. I let the client steer the boat, while I actively assume the supportive passenger role. I will build trust with you through encouragement, motivation, and support.
With couples & families, I work within the family system to overcome conflict, reestablish trust, and communicate needs effectively. I appreciate and account for cultural differences and how those impact family relationships and client functioning.
