“I help individuals unleash their full potential and become the best version of themselves”

If you are struggling with frequently feeling unheard, frustrated, resentful, exhausted, overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious or angry, you have likely been struggling for some time. Making the decision to start therapy can be daunting and anxiety producing, my goal is to ease those feelings and be a comforting support. It may feel a bit uncomfortable reaching out, but that’s ok. Change is always uncomfortable.

I believe the relationship between you and your therapist is pivotal in the therapeutic process. The right match is critical for continuing therapy and having a rewarding and fulfilling experience. I believe in a strengths based, supportive approach with an integrative and humanistic perspective while looking at the whole person as each area of life influences our mental health and daily functioning.

I am an associate level LCSWA working with adults in Wilmington. My goal is to provide a warm and nurturing environment for those who are in pain or simply want to grow in some area of your life. Perhaps you are wrestling with some issue related to your sense of identity, anxiety or depression. Whether these issues are related to events in your past or current relationships, I will help you explore and understand them so that you can open the door to greater growth and healing.
