Alli Hake, MSW, LCSWA, CSAC, RYT 200
“I help individuals who struggle with self-love and self-compassion feel seen, heard, and empathized with.”
I meet clients where they are to help them overcome their anxiety, depression, substance use, and identity issues. I am here to guide you in moving beyond your personal struggles and into a space where you can prioritize your own needs, desires, and happiness.
You are motivated to change your thoughts and actions to improve your well-being. You are ready to build confidence in yourself and learn techniques to heal from your past. You are ready to dial into your true self and live the life you were meant to live. You want to foster positive connections with others.
I believe everyone has the ability to become the best version of themselves. Working as a team, I want to help you achieve your goals by supporting you in truly understanding your identity, your values, and your worth.
In my office, your experiences matter. You are seen, heard, and valued as a human being. I want to show you how to respect yourself, love yourself, forgive yourself, and be the confident person you want to be.

On a Personal Note:
I am very outdoorsy and love to get moving by doing yoga, kayaking, paddleboarding, walking the loop at the beach, and finding new trails. I love adventures, so I am always up for trying new restaurants, practicing and teaching yoga, reading, and (soon!) learning to surf.
