Kayla Muller, MSW, LCSWA
“I help support clients through their individual growth process, while encouraging them to transcend the boundaries of their comfort zone.”
Are you feeling low, overwhelmed, or like you’re in a never-ending rut? Do you find it difficult to prioritize yourself and put the effort in to make positive changes? We all experience barriers to our personal growth and improvement. I’m here to help you jump these hurdles and guide you to becoming the best version of yourself.
Life presents us with many challenges along the way that can get us down and make us feel stuck. Maybe your anxiety is taking over, or your depression or past trauma make you feel like you barely have your head above water. Maybe your grief makes it difficult to put one foot in front of the other every day. It is my goal to create a safe space for each and every client to grow, while challenging them to push past their comfort zone. I strive to bring creativity into sessions and utilize client strengths throughout the treatment journey.
If you’re ready to start your journey towards self-love, then I look forward to being on your team. Anxiety, depression, life changes, conflict, and other difficulties in life can prevent us from being our best self. It’s time to dig into the tough stuff and celebrate the victories.

What I love about my job:
I love collaborating with clients by connecting the pieces of the puzzle we call life.
We do not always get to choose what happens to us in life, but we can choose how we respond to it, see it as positive, and use it to grow! Life is a journey. It is your goal to discover your personal path and take advantage of the opportunities offered along the way.
On a Personal Note:
I love spending time with my husband and pup going to the beach, taking walks, and swimming. I am always trying new recipes and baking dog treats. I also enjoy doing arts and crafts, refinishing furniture, and having game nights.
